What is your MOQ?
For sample testing, we recommend starting with an order of 2 pieces. Please contact us for more information about bulk order requirements.
Can you offer free samples for testing?
Generally, customers need to pay the sample fee in advance. However, once your order reaches the required quantity, we will refund the sample fee.
Can I place a sample order to test product quality?
Absolutely! You are welcome to place a sample order to evaluate our product quality before making a bulk purchase.
Can I get a better price for large orders?
Yes! We offer more competitive pricing for bulk orders. Generally, the larger your order quantity, the better the price.
How long does it take to ship my order after payment?
Our typical order processing and dispatch times are:
Sample orders: 1–3 days
Bulk orders: 5–8 days
Custom production: 15–30 days
When can I track my shipment online?
We usually provide the tracking number within 2 days. Once you receive it, you can check your shipment status and updates online.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do you ensure product quality?
We use an MES production management system to track the manufacturing process of every product. All products undergo 5 inspections before shipment, and our First Pass Yield (FPY) exceeds 99.4%.
What is your warranty policy?
Radios: 12-month warranty
Accessories: 6-month warranty
